Three ways to work together, plus smaller ways to start.

Each option shows who it's for, what happens, what you get and how long it takes. Scope is always agreed together during discovery, and no outcomes are guaranteed.

Most owners start here

Business Clarity Diagnostic

Know what's really happening and what to fix first.

Best when The business feels harder to run than it should, and you can't point to why.

What happens

  • • We learn your goals in your words.
  • • We follow two or three key workflows from first contact to final payment.
  • • We review your tools, access and backups.
  • • We talk to you and to the people who do the work.

You get

  • A one-page goal statement
  • A plain map showing where information and money leak
  • An inventory of your tools and data
  • Ranked priorities with cost and effort
  • A 90-day roadmap and a 60-minute walkthrough

Typical timeline: 2 to 3 weeks

Afterward, you keep the roadmap and decide who carries it out.

Start with a Diagnostic
When you know the problem

Operational Transformation Sprint

Fix one important thing, completely.

Best when You can name the problem (leads slip, reports take days, invoices lag) and want it fixed.

What happens

  • • We redesign the workflow with the people who use it.
  • • We build or connect the technology: integration, automation, dashboard or an AI-assisted step with a person reviewing it.
  • • We train the team and name an owner.

You get

  • A working workflow with a named owner
  • Documentation and training
  • A review by a second engineer and a rollback plan
  • A before and after measure

Typical timeline: 30 to 45 days

Examples: lead to follow-up, quote to invoice, scheduling handoffs, one owner dashboard.

When improvement must keep going

Fractional Chief Transformation Officer

A senior leader for change, without the full-time hire.

Best when Improvements keep stalling because nobody owns priorities, follow-through and technology decisions.

What happens

  • • Monthly priorities and an operating review
  • • Oversight of contractors, vendors and technology
  • • Security and backup checks
  • • Small changes within an agreed monthly allowance

You get

  • One accountable person for transformation
  • A quarterly roadmap and a monthly scorecard
  • Response times in writing

Typical commitment: monthly, three-month minimum

Talk About Ongoing Leadership

Smaller ways to start

A lower-risk first step if you'd rather start small.

Clarity Starter

One workflow. One week. One clear next step.

We map a single workflow, find the top three leaks and list quick wins. You get a 45-minute walkthrough.

About 1 week

Owner Dashboard

One trusted view of the numbers you check every week.

We connect the tools you already use, agree five to eight definitions with you, and build one view.

2 to 4 weeks

Ownership Workshop

Decide who owns what, so problems stop defaulting to you.

A half-day session with your leads to name process owners, handoffs and decision rights.

Half a day, plus follow-up

FAQ

Questions owners ask

Do I need new software?

Often, no. Most owners already pay for the tools they need. We start with how the work should move, and recommend new software only when it clearly serves your goals.

What access do you need?

Read access to the key systems involved in the workflows we review, plus short conversations with the people who do the work. We agree access in writing before we begin.

What happens after the Diagnostic?

You keep the roadmap. You can carry it out with your own team, with another provider, or with us through a Sprint or ongoing leadership. There's no obligation.

Who does the building?

We lead the build and bring in vetted specialists where needed. Every build is reviewed by a second engineer and has a rollback plan.

Do I have to keep working with you?

No. Each engagement stands on its own. Ongoing leadership is monthly with a three-month minimum, and only if it makes sense for you.
