Approach
Discovery first. Decisions together.
We don't arrive with a product to sell. We arrive with questions, then build a shared understanding of where your business is and where you want it to go.
The process
Six clear steps, in three phases
Week 1
Phase 1 · See clearly
Listen
We start with what you want from the business: growth, profit, time back or a better customer experience. You tell us. We don't assume.
You: One 45-minute conversation.
You get: A one-page goal statement in your words.
Map
We follow the work as it really happens, from the first lead to the final invoice, and talk to the people who do it.
You: System access and two staff conversations.
You get: A plain map showing where information and money leak.
Weeks 2 to 3
Phase 2 · Decide
Find the constraint
Out of everything that's wrong, we pick the one or two things that limit you most.
You: Review and challenge our ranking.
You get: A ranked list with cost, effort and expected effect.
Design the fix
Ownership and process first, technology second. We design the smallest change that works, often with tools you already own.
You: Approve the plan.
You get: A written plan with scope, owner, timeline and the measure of success.
Weeks 4 to 8
Phase 3 · Build and hold
Build it
We lead the build with vetted specialists: integrations, automation, dashboards and AI where it helps. Each build is reviewed by a second engineer and has a rollback plan.
You: Test with your team.
You get: Working systems and documentation.
Measure and hand over
We measure against the starting point, train your team, name the owners and agree what happens next.
You: Own it from here.
You get: Before and after numbers and a 90-day next-steps list.
You make the business decisions. We're accountable for the agreed work, clear advice and honest reporting.
Technology is the last layer
People and process come before tools
1 · Goals
What you want the business to do for you
2 · People and ownership
Who owns each piece of work and each decision
3 · Process
How work moves from one person to the next
4 · Data
What you can see, and whether you trust it
5 · Technology
The tools that hold the other four in place
Clear responsibilities
Who does what
We are responsible for
- Listening carefully and documenting what we learn
- Honest, evidence-based recommendations
- Coordinating specialists and the agreed delivery work
- Documentation, training and adoption support
You own
- The goals and the final decisions
- Internal adoption and leadership of your team
- Day-to-day operation once changes are in place
- Your business outcomes, which we work toward together but can't guarantee

- • Agreed success measures
Implementation

Recommendations don't always require new software. Often the biggest gains come from clarifying ownership, simplifying a handoff, or making better use of tools you already pay for.
